Who are Watch Wizard?

We are a leading internet distributor of brand name watches in the UK. We are also an internet subsidiary of an established high street jeweller.

Do your watches come in official boxes?

All of our watches come in the box from the correct manufacturer, exactly as you would get if you were to purchase them in a high street retailer.

Do all your watches come with guarantees?

All our watches come with the full international manufacturer’s guarantee, with an official distributor’s stamp. You can purchase from us with the knowledge that your watch is guaranteed.

Are you an official supplier of these watches?

We are an official supplier for all of the watch brands we supply. We do not obtain watches from 'grey markets' like many of our competitors. You should always beware about buying from companies who are not official suppliers.

Do you stock all of your watches?

At Watch Wizard, we stock most of our watches listed on this website, unlike some of our competitors. We ship our watches directly from our stock, so you can be assured of speedy delivery.

What security methods do you use to ensure my credit card details are safe?

All of our credit card transactions are processed over a 128-bit SSL certificate, which are processed by Protx, one of the UK’s leading credit card processors. This means that your credit card details cannot be intercepted or hacked.

How do you send the items?

We post most of our items by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This means that you will receive the item before 1 pm following the day of despatch. This method of delivery is fully insured. Certain items under £60 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Do you ship to international locations?

No we do not. We deliver purely to the United Kingdom.
