Yes all our watches come with the full manufacturer’s guarantee, with an official stamp. You can purchase from us safe in the knowledge that your watch is officially guaranteed.

Are you an official supplier of these watches?

We are an official supplier for all of the watch brands we supply. We never obtain watches from grey markets' like many of other websites. You should always be careful about buying from Websites who are not official suppliers as the guarantee's may not be stamped by an official dealer and therefore not valid.

Do you stock all of your watches?

At Watch Wizard, we stock a huge range of all are brands, unlike some of our competitors. We ship our watches directly from our stock, so you can be guaranteed a speedy delivery.

What security methods do you use to ensure my credit card details are safe?

How do you send the items?

We send out most of our items by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This delivery method enusres you will receive the item before 1 pm following the day of despatch. This type of delivery is fully insured. Certain items that are under £60 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Do you ship to international locations?

No we do not ship to anywhere outside of the Uk. We deliver purely to the United Kingdom.
