We are an official supplier of all the watches that we sell on this site. This means that if you have any problems with your time piece that are due to a manufacturing fault and are within the guarantee period then you will have your watch fixed or replaced free of charge.

The quickest and most efficient method of returning your watch is to simply return the watch directly to the manufacturers service department along with your guarantee. They will typically have the watch repaired and back to you within the week.
