Refunds

At Watch Wizard we offer 14 days to change your mind on any watch purchases from our website. To qualify for this, the watch must be in absolutely unused and brand new condition, and in all the original packaging, with the instructions and all extras which came with your purchase.

Once received, we will inspect it to ensure it is in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange.

Your money will be refunded in full within 7 days.

You should always return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured.

We will credit the card with the full amount, minus any delivery charge, as soon as we have received and inspected the item to ensure the item has not been used.
