About Us Watch Wizard is a subsiduary of a long established independent high street Jewellers which has been trading since the turn of the century. Our key aims are to offer great savings but not to lessen the level of service you would expect from an established family jewellers.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a minimum manufacturers 2 year guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return it to us in perfect condition within 14 days for a full refund.
With Price Pledge we will try and beat any like for like watch which is on an E-commerce site. We reserve the right to refuse. |

We do not use any of your data for any reason but to successfully ship your order to you.
We only store your name, address and telephone number if you register for an account with us. This is entirely optional, but enables you to place further orders without having to enter your details again.
We do NOT store your credit card information. It is processed over a secure SSL/128 bit encryption system which goes through the payment provider Protx. We do not even see it, therefore it cannot be hacked from our server.
A requirement when ordering is to supply your phone number. This is only used for emergency purposes if we are unable to contact you via email.
If you wish, you can contact us to have your profile deleted at any point in time.
All sensitive information is processed over a secure server.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email address (spam).
All of our data collection and storage conforms to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

Returns Policy At Watch Wizard we go the extra mile to ensure the complete satisfaction our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the Watch(s) to us in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund within 7 days. If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.
To arrange a return, or if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please send an email to sales@watchwizard.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using Royal Mails Special delivery service, this will insure the item against loss or damage. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, altered, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that show obvious signs of wear or abuse will be returned to the buyer. In the interests of fraud prevention your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid with within 7 days of us receiving the item.
